Our Client Access Portal allows you to provide real time information to our clients about the status of their accounts.

With Client Access, your company can become partners in setting priorities, reviewing work statuses and evaluating goals. You can assigned project tasks, raise project issues, and review your invoices.

You can also submit service tickets and requests directly to Inter-Tech, saving you time and ensuring that request details are of the highest level of accuracy.

With our Customer Portal you can access the following options:

  • Submit service requests directly to Inter-Tech
  • Work on project tasks directly with the assigned project Manager
  • Raise project issues, and be included on project specific notifications
  • View the status of work being performed
  • View invoices Please contact us if you do not currently have a Client Access Portal account.
